The County's Housing for Health Partnership and co-sponsor 1440 Foundation are hosting and immersive evening of nourishing food, conversations that matter, and meaningful solutions at Community Connections: Key to Resolving Homelessness, a dinner benefit and panel discussion on Wednesday, November 29 at the nonprofit 1440 Multiversity campus in Scotts Valley.

Following a locally sourced and sustainable dinner at 1440 Kitchen Table, participants will enjoy an engaging keynote with Kevin F.  Adler, author and founder of Miracle Messages, who will discuss his new book, When We Walk By, and the crucial role of connections between those experiencing homelessness and their community members. A housing-focused Q&A and panel discussion with Adler; Tom Stagg, Chief Initiatives Officer at Housing Matters; and Dr. Robert Ratner, Director of the Housing for Health Division of the County of Santa Cruz will be moderated by 1440 Foundation co-creator Scott Kriens.
