The County, in conjunction with federal, State and local partners, has opened two Disaster Recovery Centers, one in the San Lorenzo Valley at the Felton Branch Library and an additional site at Ramsay Park in Watsonville. These centers include staff from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the California Office of Emergency Service (CalOES), the County of Santa Cruz, and various state and local agencies that include disaster recovery as part of their mission.

The U.S. Small Business Administration and the California Small Business Administration have opened a Business Recovery Center at Capitola City Hall. The center will provide a one-stop location for businesses to access a variety of specialized help. SBA customer service representatives will be available to meet individually with each business owner. No appointment is necessary. All services are provided free of charge.

In addition, the County has scheduled two upcoming virtual community meetings to focus on different aspects of the recovery process. The first meeting will focus on the restoration of public roads, while the second will focus on aspects of the rebuilding process for private property owners. Spanish translation will be available.
